Styling the bride

Finding the perfect dress is daunting; the cliched line "you'll know when it's the one" rings through your head. But how do you know and where do you start your search? When faced with a million designers it is hard to even know where to begin. That is why having an impartial expert on hand can be invaluable.

Our job as your wedding stylist is to do all of the research and legwork for you, directing you through the chaos to find your own wedding dress heaven.

Whether you dream about a classic empire or princess dress, a Spanish inspiration in lace, a Grecian goddess gown, simple silk or not a dress at all, we can find the right designers and options to fit your style, suit your shape and personality.

The bride styling package starts with a consultation with one of our wedding stylists to look at and discuss your ideas. Between us we can establish some basic principals about the looks you would like to achieve.

Once you are happy with the research foundations for the looks your stylist will search on your behalf, keeping you constantly updated with all of our new finds. From this we can begin to schedule a day for your chosen appointments. The first day of the search will consist of 3-4 appointments in the morning, followed by lunch and then another 2 appointments in the afternoon.

We appreciate that the search may take several days over a few months and that is why Threads bridal services are not based on a daily fee.

We are very committed to your search and will continue to book and attend appointments with you until you have found "the one". We will also be able to help you with shoes and accessories to the complete look.
